Meet the Team
At Open Path Wellbeing C.I.C., our team is brought together by a shared belief that wellbeing support should feel welcoming, accessible and human.
We are a growing team of practitioners, facilitators and community-minded people, each bringing our own experience, skills and perspective to the work we do. From sound and relaxation practices to creative activities, nature-based experiences, personal development and community connection, our different backgrounds allow us to offer a diverse approach to wellbeing bringing people and communities together.
What connects us is a genuine desire to create spaces where people feel welcome, respected and included, regardless of their background, circumstances or where they may be on their own journey.
We believe there is no single path to wellbeing.
Sometimes it begins with having somewhere to go, someone to talk to, something new to experience, or simply an opportunity to slow down and reconnect.
As Open Path Wellbeing grows, so will our team, enabling us to bring together an even wider range of skills, experiences and approaches while remaining rooted in the values at the heart of our C.I.C.

Colin Wyatt is a wellbeing practitioner, sound healer, facilitator and co-director of Open Path Wellbeing CIC, with a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves, feel supported and create meaningful change in their lives.
His work brings together a wide range of holistic practices, including EFT, meditation, sound healing, cacao, breathwork, mindfulness and personal development. Colin is also a 432Hz Sound Frequency Healer, Life Coach, Cacao Facilitator and Trainer, Ho’oponopono Practitioner, Meditation Teacher and experienced group facilitator.
At the heart of Colin’s work is a simple belief: wellbeing should be accessible.
Through Open Path Wellbeing CIC, Colin helps create welcoming spaces where people can slow down, connect, feel heard and experience practices that may support greater calm, confidence, connection and wellbeing. His work includes sound baths, meditation, men’s groups, community wellbeing sessions, retreats, nature-based activities and projects designed to reduce loneliness and isolation.
Colin’s approach has been shaped not only by professional training, but by his own life experiences. Having travelled through periods of major change, challenge and self-discovery, he understands the importance of having spaces where people can simply arrive as they are, without judgement or expectation.
He is particularly passionate about preventative wellbeing — creating opportunities for connection and support before people reach crisis point.
Alongside his work with Open Path, Colin is the founder of Cacao Shack™, where he shares ceremonial cacao and explores the relationship between cacao, connection, sound, meditation and conscious living.
Whether he is holding a sound bath, facilitating a circle, sharing cacao or simply creating a space for conversation, Colin’s intention remains the same: to help people reconnect with themselves, with each other and with the wider community.

Emma Francis is a musician, sound healer, teacher and co-director of Open Path Wellbeing CIC, bringing together her lifelong connection with music, creativity and wellbeing to help create supportive and uplifting experiences for the community.
With a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Music, Emma has a strong musical foundation alongside many years of experience as a private music teacher. As a musician and songwriter, music has always been far more than simply something she performs or teaches — it is a way of communicating, connecting and expressing what sometimes cannot be put into words.
Through her work as a Sound Healer, Emma now brings this musical experience into the wellbeing space, using sound and vibration to create opportunities for relaxation, stillness and reconnection. Her gentle approach works as a beautiful compliment to this duo.
Emma is also a Mandala Teacher, incorporating creativity and mindful artistic expression into her work. She believes that creative activities can offer people a gentle opportunity to slow down, become absorbed in the present moment and reconnect with a part of themselves that can easily become lost within the demands of everyday life.
At Open Path Wellbeing CIC, Emma helps develop and facilitate sound baths, music and creative activities, community events and accessible wellbeing experiences. She is particularly passionate about creating welcoming environments where people feel comfortable taking part regardless of previous experience.
Whether through music, sound, creativity or simply bringing people together, Emma’s work reflects the heart of Open Path Wellbeing: helping people feel more connected, to themselves, to others and to their community.
